Our official return policy starts after this quick disclaimer. Always call us. We are here to help. Hemp Zone was created and made to offer people a solution. Our official stance on returns is a bit firm, but we do often make exceptions, especially if it's in our power to help and fix the issue.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Info@hzoneinc.com or call/text us at (888)722-4367 with details of the product and the defect.

You have 7 calendar days from purchase date to contact Hzoneinc.com in regards to a defective item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
